Our VISION:
We believe that within the Structured Teaching Educational Program (STEP), all children can learn in an environment that fosters academic and social independence. Students have the opportunity to further develop personal skills to function within the home, school and community.
Our MISSION:
Given our vision, our program will emphasize student independence and success by structuring a visually rich environment providing academic instruction, social interactions, daily routines, and self help skills. Ongoing collaborative efforts will enhance partnerships with general and special education staff, parents and the community.
